Continuous Water Evaporation Systems That Keep Your Operations Running

Industrial wastewater management demands solutions that operate without interruption, and at Evaporation King, we design continuous water evaporation systems that deliver exactly that. As a U.S. Florida, Arizona, and Colorado based designer, manufacturer, and global distributor of proprietary evaporation equipment, we understand that downtime in wastewater processing translates directly into lost revenue and regulatory risk. Our systems are built to handle persistent, high-volume wastewater streams across industries including Mining, Energy, Food and Beverage, Bio and Pharma, Textile, and Waste Management. Every piece of equipment is proudly designed and manufactured in the USA, reflecting our commitment to quality engineering and American craftsmanship.

Continuous evaporation differs fundamentally from batch processing. Rather than filling a vessel, treating the contents, and then cycling to the next load, continuous systems accept incoming wastewater in real time and process it through sustained atomization and evaporation cycles. This approach eliminates the start-stop inefficiencies that plague batch systems, reduces operator intervention, and allows facilities to match evaporation rates to their actual production output. For industries generating wastewater around the clock, a continuous system is not a luxury but a necessity.

How Our Continuous Evaporation Technology Works

At the core of our continuous water evaporation systems is the Gladiator series enhanced evaporation equipment, designed specifically for Mining, Oil and Gas, Municipal, Chemical, and all other types of related industrial process wastewater verticals. The way we fracture the water is very cost-effective, using high-speed atomization to break wastewater into an extraordinarily fine water vapor. We are the only atomization system that can achieve the RPMs required to handle the challenging liquids found in industrial settings. Our droplet spectra technology can handle the highest dissolved solids concentrations in the industry, processing liquids with up to 250,000 to 300,000 TDS (Total Dissolved Solids).

The water vapor that our equipment creates solves all of the pain points associated with traditional evaporation methods. Conventional thermal evaporation systems require enormous energy inputs to boil water, while mechanical vapor recompression units demand complex infrastructure and frequent servicing. Our atomization approach maximizes surface area exposure of the wastewater to ambient air, dramatically accelerating the natural evaporation process. The result is a system that offers the most efficient equipment with the least amount of maintenance, allowing operations managers to focus on production rather than constant upkeep. Detailed specifications for our flagship unit can be found on the Gladiator 120 product page.

01
Intake
Wastewater enters the system continuously from the source — no batch filling, no holding required.
02
Atomize
High-speed atomization fractures water into an ultra-fine water vapor at up to 18,000 RPM.
03
Evaporate
Maximized surface area exposure accelerates natural evaporation under ambient conditions.
04
Comply
Zero liquid discharge — wastewater converted to atmospheric moisture with no permitted disposal required.

Applications Across Industries and Regions

Continuous water evaporation systems serve a remarkably broad range of applications. In oil and gas operations, produced water volumes can reach millions of gallons annually at a single site. Our systems process this wastewater continuously, reducing the need for costly trucking and deep-well injection. Mining operations across the United States & globally face similarly massive wastewater challenges, with acid mine drainage and process water requiring constant management to meet environmental compliance standards.

Municipal wastewater treatment facilities throughout the United States & globally are also discovering the value of enhanced evaporation as a supplemental treatment strategy, particularly for concentrated brine streams that result from reverse osmosis and other filtration processes. Food and beverage manufacturers use our technology to manage wash water and process effluent, while textile operations rely on continuous evaporation to handle dye wastewater laden with dissolved chemicals. In each case, the continuous operation model ensures wastewater never accumulates beyond manageable levels.

Why Continuous Operation Matters for Your Bottom Line

The economic advantages of continuous evaporation systems are significant and measurable. We produce various models for high and lower-volume applications and distribute them through an international network of independent dealers, strategic partners, and distributors. This means we can match the right system to your specific throughput requirements, avoiding both undersized equipment that creates bottlenecks and oversized systems that waste capital. Key advantages of continuous operation include:

Reduced labor costs
Because automated continuous systems need far less operator supervision than batch alternatives.
Lower energy consumption per gallon
Through our proprietary atomization technology that leverages natural evaporation rather than thermal boiling.
Minimal maintenance requirements
Thanks to our engineered durability and simplified mechanical design.
Regulatory compliance support
By maintaining steady-state processing that prevents accidental discharge events.
