Gladiator 120: Industrial-Scale Evaporation Power

Industrial wastewater volumes continue to climb worldwide, with the global wastewater treatment market projected to exceed $500 billion by 2030. Traditional disposal methods like deep-well injection, trucking, and conventional evaporation ponds carry escalating costs, environmental risks, and regulatory scrutiny. The Gladiator 120 offers a fundamentally different approach. By leveraging our proprietary atomization technology, we fracture water into an ultra-fine mist that dramatically accelerates natural evaporation, turning a costly liability into an efficient, manageable process. Wastewater Solved.

Real-World Applications Across Industries

The Gladiator 120 serves a diverse range of industries, reflecting our position as a manufacturer of evaporation equipment for the Mining, Energy, Food & Beverage, Bio & Pharma, Textile, and Waste Management sectors. In mining operations across the United States & globally, produced water and process wastewater containing heavy metals and high mineral concentrations require elimination rather than simple treatment. The Gladiator 120 handles these challenging streams without the mechanical failures that plague conventional equipment.

Oil and gas producers face enormous volumes of produced water and flowback fluid. Facilities near the United States & globally and other active production zones benefit from the Gladiator 120’s ability to process high-salinity brines that would destroy standard evaporation equipment. Municipal wastewater treatment plants use the system to manage reject streams from reverse osmosis systems, landfill leachate, and seasonal overflow volumes. Chemical processing facilities deploy the Gladiator 120 to eliminate process wastewater that contains complex dissolved compounds unsuitable for conventional discharge.

How the Gladiator
120 Works.

At the core of the Gladiator 120 is our proprietary atomization system, which operates at RPMs that no other system on the market can match while still handling the challenging liquids found in industrial wastewater streams. The unit draws wastewater from a source tank or containment area and propels it through our high-speed atomization heads, creating an extraordinarily fine droplet spectra. This mist achieves maximum surface area exposure to ambient air, wind, and solar energy, enabling rapid evaporation rates that far surpass traditional pond-based methods.

Continue

What makes this system truly exceptional is its ability to handle the highest dissolved solids concentrations in the industry, processing fluids with 250,000 to 300,000 TDS. Most competing evaporation technologies struggle with high-TDS wastewater because dissolved minerals and chemicals cause rapid fouling, clogging, and equipment failure. Our atomization approach solves all of these pain points by creating a mist so fine that the water evaporates efficiently regardless of dissolved content. The way that we fracture the water is very cost-effective, reducing both energy consumption and operational overhead compared to thermal evaporation systems or mechanical vapor recompression units.
