Managing industrial wastewater is one of the most pressing challenges facing operations across mining, energy, municipal, and chemical sectors today. Environmental regulations continue to tighten, disposal costs keep climbing, and the volume of process water requiring treatment grows year after year. At Evaporation King, we design, manufacture, and globally distribute a proprietary line of evaporation equipment engineered to eliminate wastewater challenges at their source. As a Florida, Colorado, and Arizona based company, we take pride in delivering American-made solutions that outperform anything else on the market. Wastewater Solved.

Evaporation King: The Most Effective Evaporation Equipment on the Market
Our approach is straightforward. We build equipment that fractures water in the most cost-effective way possible, turning problematic liquid waste into vapor and dramatically reducing the volume that needs to be stored, transported, or disposed of. Whether you operate a mining facility processing hundreds of thousands of gallons or a smaller industrial site with moderate output, we produce various models for high and lower-volume applications to match your specific operational demands.

Trucking it away, pumping it underground, paying someone else to take it — every option keeps getting more expensive, more complicated, and riskier. Environmental regulations continue to tighten, disposal costs keep climbing, and the volume of process water requiring treatment grows year after year.
The price per gallon to remove and dispose of industrial wastewater via trucking has increased nearly 18% over the past three years — and analysts project it to keep climbing.
Deep-well injection sites are filling up, facing regulatory challenges, and linked to seismic activity in multiple states. Over 1,400 injection wells have been restricted or shut down in recent years.
Environmental enforcement actions related to industrial wastewater discharge have increased 62% over the last five-year period. Penalties are growing, timelines are shrinking, and the window to act is closing.
What if the water
just disappeared?
The Gladiator floats on your pond and atomizes water into ultra-fine mist. It evaporates into the air — rain, in reverse. What goes up is clean water vapor. What stays behind shrinks every day until the pond is gone.

At the core of our product line is the Gladiator series enhanced evaporation equipment, purpose-built for Mining, Oil and Gas, Municipal, Chemical, and all other types of related industrial process wastewater verticals. The Gladiator series represents years of engineering refinement, resulting in machinery that handles conditions no competing system can match. We are the only atomization system operating at the RPMs we achieve while simultaneously handling the complex liquids found in industrial wastewater streams.

What truly sets our equipment apart is the droplet spectra we produce. Our systems can handle the highest dissolved solids concentrations in the industry, processing fluids with 250,000 to 300,000 TDS (Total Dissolved Solids). To put that in perspective, seawater typically contains around 35,000 TDS. We are engineered to handle concentrations nearly ten times that level, which means brines, leachates, produced water, and other heavily saturated waste streams that would destroy conventional equipment are routine for us. The ultra-fine mist our systems create solves all of the pain points associated with high-TDS wastewater management, from scaling and fouling to inefficient evaporation rates.

Other systems fail catastrophically above 80k TDS. The Gladiator series runs all day at concentrations that would crystallize lesser equipment in hours.
Evaporation King serves a diverse range of industries, each with unique wastewater challenges that demand specialized solutions. Our equipment is deployed across the Mining, Energy, Food and Beverage, Bio and Pharma, Textile, and Waste Management industries. Facilities in the United States & globally and beyond rely on our systems to manage their most difficult liquid waste streams.

In mining operations, our equipment handles acid mine drainage and process water laden with heavy metals and extreme mineral concentrations. Oil and gas producers use our systems to evaporate produced water and flowback fluids, reducing the need for costly deep-well injection or long-haul trucking. Municipal wastewater facilities deploy our technology to manage concentrated reject streams from reverse osmosis systems. In the food and beverage sector, our equipment processes high-organic-content wash water, while pharmaceutical and biotech companies rely on us for compliant disposal of regulated waste streams.

Chemical, landfill leachate, bio & pharma, textile, stormwater — turnkey lease and one-off site challenges. Spec, build, and deploy.
We offer the most efficient equipment with the least amount of maintenance in the enhanced evaporation category. Our engineering team has obsessed over every component to maximize uptime and minimize the total cost of ownership. The atomization technology we employ ensures that energy input translates directly into evaporative output, avoiding the waste and inefficiency common in older thermal or mechanical evaporation approaches.
Operators in the United States & globally and across the globe appreciate that our equipment runs reliably in harsh conditions without requiring constant attention. Fewer moving parts exposed to corrosive fluids, robust construction materials rated for extreme chemical environments, and intuitive control systems all contribute to a machine that works hard so your maintenance crew does not have to.
We primarily distribute our equipment factory-direct through our headquarters, ensuring customers receive expert support and direct access to our latest technology. In select regions, we also work with a trusted network of independent dealers, strategic partners, and distributors to provide localized service and support worldwide. Our equipment is proudly designed and manufactured in the USA, and every unit that leaves our facilities carries the quality assurance that American manufacturing standards demand. Whether your operation requires a single unit for a pilot program or a fleet of Gladiator systems for a large-scale deployment, our team works directly with you to engineer the right solution. Wastewater Solved.
