How Our Atomization Technology Works

The core of every Evaporation King system is a proprietary atomization process that fractures water into an ultra-fine water vapor. We are the only atomization system operating at the RPMs required to handle the complex liquids that industrial operations generate daily. By spinning at these extreme velocities, our equipment produces a droplet spectrum so fine that it maximizes the surface-area-to-volume ratio of every particle, dramatically accelerating the natural evaporation process. The way we fracture the water is remarkably cost-effective compared to thermal evaporators, mechanical vapor recompression units, or hauling wastewater offsite for disposal.

What truly sets our technology apart is its ability to handle the highest dissolved solids concentrations in the industry. Our systems process liquids containing between 250,000 and 300,000 TDS, which is a total dissolved solids range that would clog, corrode, or destroy competing equipment.
